Incident Under Investigation

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an officer involved shooting that took place on Saturday November 16, 2019 at approximately 11:42am at the intersection of Waynesburg Rd. and Arrow Rd. during a routine traffic stop.

BCI was immediately notified and are the lead investigators of this incident. The incident is still under active investigation.

Details will be released when investigation is complete, but there will be no further comments at this time.
